What if I receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing defect?
We practice highly specialized and strict quality control measures to ensure that the product is up to our standards even at the time of delivery. In case you do happen to receive a product that has been damaged during transportation, or there is some manufacturing defect, such as, balancing, levelling, finish, paint, fabric, etc., please raise this issue to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery and also contact us,with providing photographic evidence of the said issue. Our team will assess the issue and get back to you within 1-2 business days. Depending on the degree of the damage in question, we shall provide you the solution. For issues concerning manufacturing defects, a solution will be provided.
With products in LIVE EDGE WOOD or wood in all other forms,we do not have a control its reactions to the surroundings.hence cracks due to expansion or contraction in wood can and will be repaired from our end.
Antitermite treatment has been performedon all our wood products including live edge wood.but in the advent of unfortunate incidents regarding these it will be treated again from our side.
- LIVE EDGE products can only be repaired.
- LIVE EDGE products will not be replaced.
- LIVE EDGE products are not included in the return policy.
- Fabrics are not included in the warranty. Hence replacement cannot be provided.
- PATCHWORK FABRIC is susceptible to wear and tear more than normal upholstery fabric. please choose this fabric with this knowledge only.
